To request space in the Atlantic Union Bank Center, please use the following form to submit your request to utilize the spaces within the facility. Ensure you include as many details as possible regarding your event date, time, and specific set-up needs.

Once your request is submitted, a member of the Athletics Facilities and Events Office will send an approval and contract to the customer. Until the Contract is recieved and executed, the event has not been officially approved. There may be costs associated with conversion of spaces, housekeeping, emergency medical, staffing, public safety, or other equipment or support services needed to cover the event. 


Important Reminders:

  • Request forms should be filled out and submitted at least six weeks prior to event.
  • Typical set ups from Nov 1 – March 31 involve already-scheduled basketball games and deviations from these set ups may not be approved.
  • Requests made more than a year in advance may not be able to be considered at that time due to pending JMU Athletics' schedules. 
  • Submittal of this form is neither a guarantee of facility usage nor confirmation/approval of your event. JMU Athletics Facilities and Events staff will contact you upon receipt of this form. Also, parking arrangements for your event should be made separately by contacting JMU Parking Services at 540-568-3300. JMU Athletics Facilities and Events is not responsible for making parking arrangements.
