Seating

• Wheelchair and accessible seating is reserved and available at the Atlantic Union Bank Center in sections 103, 105, 109. Advance reservations are accepted through the ticket office. Call: 540-568-3853
• If you have a need for accessible seating on an event day, please visit the Athletic Ticket Office or guest services on the concourse behind section 101. 
• Handicap accessible restrooms are located throughout the arena.
• Guests requiring a wheelchair must provide one for their own use.
• Guest elevators are available if access to event floor seating.

Accessible Parking

Handicap accessible parking is available on all 4 levels of the Ballard Parking Deck for vehicles with a qualifying hangtag or license plate. Game day reserved parking policies still apply. Elevator access is available from each floor of the parking deck, adjacent to the handicap accessible parking on each floor.

Captioning

Please submit the form below to request live captioning at a JMU Athletic event. Requests for captioning must be received at least 5 days in advance. Service Animals

• Service animals are welcome inside the Atlantic Union Bank Center.
• Please review the service animal policy here (PDF).
• Emotional support animals are not permitted into JMU athletic facilities.
• If you intend to bring a service animal, please notify the JMU Athletic Ticket Office at the time of your ticket order.
